An important question could be what are the utilities in a house?

You will live in an ecologically clean place, but with the same comfort you were used to. We have everything you might need. Each house will be independently wired to utilities: properly sized, convenient and up to European standard:

Sewage and water supply

Natural gas

Each house will have individual contract with the supplier (current, gas, water and sewerage). No administration fee is charged. Payments will be made individually depending on your own consumption.

IS THIS YOUR FIRST PROJECT?

We've been building in Corbeanca since 2006. We have built more than 250 houses in Bucharest and Corbeanca. The projects made so far speak in our favour.

HOW WILL THE PROJECT DEVELOP?

The project has three development phases. The first phase is the neighborhood of 39 houses currently completed. In total, we want to build a residential complex of 200 houses for which we have a PUZ approved by the Corbeanca City Hall. The second stage will take place in the forest. In the neighborhood there is also the construction of a park with limited access for the neighborhood.

WHY THE RAVEN?

Corbeanca is the least polluted and most promising area in the immediate vicinity of Bucharest. Here you can find everything a modern family needs to maintain their standard of living. In Corbeanca industrial areas development is prohibited - it is a strictly residential area. This means that throughout your life, the Nature in the area will remain as clean as now.

RENT AND THEN BUY, CAN I DO THIS?

If you rented a house and within two months you want to buy it, then the amount of the rent paid will be included in the price of the house.

Of course! My Corbeanca is ideal for families with 1-3 children. The lifestyle and nature will positively influence the health of your children, the school is very close - within a walking distance. You can also walk to the nearest kindergarten, but there are 5 kindergartens in Corbeanca (2 state and 3 private ones).

WHY DO YOU ONLY BUILD HOUSES ON THE
GROUND FLOOR?


We carefully considered the options and came to the conclusion that a single-storey house is much more comfortable than a multy-storey one. The shadow of the neighboring house will not fall on your house, and this is not only pleasant, but also beneficial for plants in the courtyard. The lack of an interior staircase provides extra safety for your children and parents. Also, in case of an earthquake this type of housing is much safer.
