And in addition, we get supply chains disrupted due to Covid-19.
We have set a minimum fair price and we are ready to argue every cent if it seems to you that we are greedy. (Which is not the case). We can even arrange a debate or a professional business-battle. Winner gets a prize!
Is it possible to bargain with you?
We set the minimum fair price, and no bargaining assumed. At all. For all. Even if you have a large family and you rent several houses. Even if you are a famous person or even James Bond (even more so). We treat all our clients equally and in a friendly way.
We don't sell the house, we create the "My Corbeanca" lifestyle for you.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! But each case requires an individual discussion. BEFORE!
If you have a silent fish, a regular cat or a small friendly and well-mannered dog (we are dog-friendly), no problem - you are welcome!
If you have an exotic toothy animal or a snake, then most likely we will have to refuse you. In short, the question needs to be discussed in advance. Renting a house and then moving in a beautiful and the kindest elephant will not work.
The lease is pretty tight. Why? We are
already almost friends.
Yes it is. And if you are not going to disturb public order and make a lot of noise, then these items are not for you. On the contrary, they will protect you. We have been working on the lease for a long time, and it is almost perfect: transparent, honest and not fraught with legal traps. Don't worry, courts and fines are not our business.
Is it possible to rent a house for a
day, a week or a month?
Unfortunately no. We rent houses for a period of 1 year.
Is it possible to rent a house for
business or office?
Yes, it is possible. Each situation needs to be discussed individually. It is very important for us to preserve the lifestyle of the residence and not disturb your potential neighbors. Write or call us please – we will discuss all the details.
What is the home engineering
in the house?
Concrete foundation takes into account possible earthquakes. Classic brick walls between reinforced concrete pillars. 3 meters high ceilings, a roof made of wooden structures covered with metal tiles. Windows with double glazing and high-quality Salamander profile, gas boiler, and heated floors.
What utilities are installed
in the house?
City water (excellent pressure) and sewerage (no septic tanks or pumping pits). High-speed Internet - 100 Mbps. Main gas pipeline. Electricity via an underground cable line from our reliable and modern substation. No wires on lighting poles.
Is the residence
secured?
There are no guards at the entrance and exit in the residence, but round-the-clock video surveillance is carried out and several times a day the territory is patrolled by the security company Cyber Security. As of June 2022, there was not a single theft in the residence. Except for a drill and a couple of bags of cement stolen from us during the construction phase. But we have dealt with this – the thieves were caught and scolded.
What if something breaks
in my house?
No problem. You just write or call us 24/7 – and the magic begins. Everything will fix itself and in the shortest possible time. If you yourself broke something through negligence, then everything will be just as fast, but you will have to pay for the repair.
Can I reconstruct my
house a little?
Yes, sure. You can do it yourself by prior agreement with us, or we will do it on our own. For example, we will install an air conditioner for you, we will build a shed for garden supplies, or we will glaze the veranda. We will fulfill almost any of your desires. In this regard, most likely the rent will increase slightly.
Do you sell your
houses?
Yes, we have 10 houses for sale. We have to sell them for the reasons indicated in the answer to question No. 1. We do not plan to sell any more houses.
Are there any additional payments
other than rent?
Yes, there are. Payments for gas, electricity, water and cleaning of the territory. Depending on the season:
150 €/month in summer and 300 €/month in winter.
