These rules are part of the lease, and every resident follows them.Is it possible to rent a house for a week or a month?
No. Houses in MyCorbeanca are available only for long-term rent, for a minimum of 6 months.What if something breaks in the house?
No problem — just message or call us and we will fix it as soon as possible. If the damage was caused through negligence, we will fix it just as quickly, but the repair will be at your expense.Can we negotiate the price?
We don’t negotiate: we offer a fair price from the start — the lowest possible given our investment and the level of service.Are pets allowed?
Dogs, cats, parrots, fish — you are welcome to bring them. The exceptions are aggressive fighting breeds and dangerous or exotic animals such as snakes. In any case, please ask us before bringing a pet.Can we change the interior?
Yes. You can change the interior to your taste with our prior approval. We carry out the work ourselves, at your expense. We can also install an air conditioner, build a garden shed or enclose your terrace — we are happy to accommodate almost any request.What are the technical specifications of the house?
Concrete foundation built to current standards, brick walls (Porotherm), reinforced concrete columns and beams, 3-metre ceilings, timber roof structure with Lindab metal roofing. Double-glazed windows with high-quality Salamander frames, gas boiler and underfloor heating.
